kakijudi operates the website located at kakijudi.cam and any associated services made available to users in Malaysia and other jurisdictions (together, the "Platform"). - providing promotional and bonus information where the user has not opted out;
- monitoring responsible-gambling indicators and applying protective measures where required;
- improving Platform content, user experience and technical performance; and
- meeting legal, regulatory and anti-money-laundering obligations.
Automated decision-making
kakijudi may use automated processes to flag suspicious activity, assess unusual transaction patterns or evaluate responsible-gambling indicators. Where an automated decision produces a material effect on your account, you may request human review through the contact process described in Section 13.
6 Data Sharing and Third Parties
kakijudi may share personal data with the following categories of recipient, strictly to the extent necessary for each purpose:
- Payment service providers: banks, FPX/DuitNow operators, e-wallet platforms and card networks involved in processing MYR transactions.

- Transaction records: retained as required by financial record-keeping and anti-money-laundering obligations.
- Support communications: retained for a reasonable period to manage ongoing queries and resolve disputes.
- Technical and analytics data: retained in anonymised or aggregated form after a defined period and not linked to individual identities.
When data is no longer required and there is no legal basis for retention, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
9 Security Measures

11 Minors and Age Restriction
kakijudi is intended exclusively for adults aged 21 and above. The Platform does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below that age. If kakijudi identifies that personal data has been submitted by a person under 21, that data will be deleted as soon as reasonably practicable, and the associated account will be closed.

12 Changes to This Policy
